How do guarantees work?

It’s simple. If what we do stops working then we’ll be back, free of charge, until you’re happy.

Guarantees on equipment varies depending on what you buy, but if you’ve purchased good quality gear then we guarantee it for 5 years.

Can't my electrician do the same thing?

Getting an electrician to instal an antenna is like asking asking your GP to look at your teeth.

An antenna doesn’t necessarily look like a sophisticated piece of technology, but an antenna installer understands radio frequencies (not electrical currents). And the frequencies are what makes your TV picture good or bad.

Antennas come in all shapes and sizes, to suit all kinds of different situations. Depending on where you live and what’s around you, your choice of antenna can be the difference between crystal clear reception or pixelated frustration.

Why is quoting onsite important?

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to antennas or cabling and quotes over the phone are simply a guess.

What is your house built from?  Is there a full height cavity?  What’s the condition of the roof?  Is there access? What about electrical interference nearby?

The questions are endless and that’s why we won’t give a 100% accurate quote until we come and have a look at the job.  We want you to know exactly what you’ll pay and exactly what you’ll get for your money.


What’s the difference between quoting and diagnosing?

Quoting is giving a price on a defined scenario. “How much is a new antenna?”

Diagnosing requires time to assess the cause of an issue and advise on solutions to resolve it. “My picture breaks up randomly. Can you tell me why?” This will involve testing the antenna system, inspecting all the components and assessing your site.
