Clients needed their NBN modem shifted from the front of the house to the rear as the WiFi signal didn’t reach. I also suggested that upgrading the WiFi modem will improve speeds as well. I gave a couple of potential solutions and prices. Once everything was agreed the NBN HFC connection point was shifted to the kitchen and the new modem installed and configured. Now there’s the full 500mbps where it’s needed.
